  • ¾ cup cocoa powder
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ⅓ cup white chocolate chips (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch pan with foil and spray it with cooking spray.
  2. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Stir in the cocoa powder until well combined; set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, and vegetable oil until light and foamy. Add the butter/cocoa mixture and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this dry mix to the wet ingredients, stirring until fully combined. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  5. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow cooling completely before cutting into squares.
  6. For decoration, fill a ziplock bag with melted white chocolate and pipe it onto brownies in a spider web pattern.
