Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  3. Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Combine heavy cream and vanilla in another bowl; add to dry ingredients and mix gently until just combined.

  6. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
