Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large Russet potatoes
  • 1 pound steak (NY Strip, Ribeye, Sirloin, or Tenderloin)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Sea salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Rub the potatoes with olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt, wrap in foil, and bake on a baking sheet for 45–60 minutes until tender.
  3. Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; season steak with Cajun seasoning and minced garlic. Sear steak bites for about 3–5 minutes per side until browned.
  4. For the creamy sauce, combine heavy cream, grated Parmesan, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, and freshly cracked pepper in a bowl. Melt butter in a separate skillet and stir in the mixture until thickened.
  5. Once the potatoes are done, slice them open lengthwise and fluff the insides. Top with steak bites and drizzle with creamy sauce.
