  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400F (200C).

  3. Arrange cut-side down on the baking sheet and roast for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
