  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • olive oil for drizzling
  • black olives or peppercorns for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove stems.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until well blended.
  4. Generously stuff each mushroom cap with the filling.
  5. Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzle with olive oil.
