  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 small head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Optional: ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, combine olive oil and butter until melted and bubbling.
  2. Add cauliflower florets and sauté for 5-6 minutes until slightly golden. Then incorporate sliced mushrooms and continue cooking for an additional 4-5 minutes until tender.
  3. Stir in minced garlic, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Sauté for another 2 minutes until fragrant.
