Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • ¼ cup heavy cream (or coconut milk for a lighter option)
  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 4 cloves garlic (total)
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon chili oil (optional, for extra heat)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Coat the chicken evenly and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 5–7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, add minced garlic, sauté until fragrant, then stir in heavy cream until slightly thickened.
  4. Cook ramen noodles in boiling water according to package instructions; drain.
  5. In another pot, heat sesame oil and sauté garlic until aromatic. Add chicken broth and soy sauce; stir well before incorporating heavy cream and simmering for about 5–7 minutes.
  6. Assemble: Divide noodles into bowls, pour spicy broth over them, top with sliced chicken and creamy garlic sauce.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and chili oil if desired.
