  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 green onion (finely chopped)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce (low sodium recommended)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water (optional for thickening)
  • Red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, soy sauce, chopped green onion, salt, and pepper until just mixed.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs (about two tablespoons each) and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
