- 1 cup crispy chicken breast (baked or air-fried), sliced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 soft-boiled egg (jammy yolk)
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup cucumber, sliced
- 1 tbsp pickled beet, radish, or slaw (optional)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: drizzle of olive oil, yogurt dressing, or balsamic glaze
- Boil the egg for 7 minutes for a jammy yolk. Cool in ice water and slice in half.
- Use freshly baked or pre-cooked crispy chicken; slice into strips.
