  • 1 cup whole milk (warmed)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 2 tablespoons milk (adjust for consistency)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast; let sit until frothy.
  2. Add melted butter, eggs, and salt; gradually mix in flour to form a soft dough.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth. Let it rise in a greased bowl for 1 hour.
  4. Prepare the filling by mixing brown sugar and cinnamon together.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread softened butter over it, then sprinkle on the cinnamon-sugar mixture and add blueberries.
  6. Roll the dough tightly from one long edge and slice into 12 pieces; place in a greased baking dish.
  7. Let the rolls rise again for 30 minutes before baking in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. For the frosting, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth; drizzle over warm rolls.
